Thinking of returning an item?
To ensure the safe return of items please follow the guidelines below:
Please contact us here or discuss the return. Please include the original invoice or a copy with the return. If not possible please provide the invoice number with the person that orderd the items. The reason for the return. Please try to use the original packaging with the return if possible.
Our 30-day returns guarantee
Our 30-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact if possible) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the items. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. Please note that we reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us after 30 days unless they are faulty. Please call us to discuss the return if posible to avoid confusion. We are reasonable people and will do business in the most positive way possible. Our returns guarantee for large items over £100 is limited to 14 days. Please contact us if you would like to return these items but it is not possible to do so in 14 days. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect:
If the item was damaged in transit We will assume the shipment was delivered in good condition unless the receiver has noted any damage on our delivery record when he or she accepted the shipment from the courier company. Please do not sign and accept damaged good as they will need to be returned to us within 30 days. If items are damaged please inform us via email and ensure that you include at least 3-5 pictures of the damages: damages to wrapping as well as items. In order for us to consider a claim for damage, return the item(s) to us within 30 days. If the item is defective You have the right to return a faulty item within a reasonable period of time. Please keep all invoice information that accompanies your item as this may be needed should there be a fault. In the unlikely event that you have a faulty item, follow the instructions above to do so. If we sent you an incorrect item. As soon as you find out we've sent you an incorrect item, please contact us via mail or call us. Then follow the instructions above. Special rules apply to the return of large items. See instructions above.
Replacements.
In the event of us sending you a replacement for a damaged, defective or incorrect item, you must return the original item to us within 30 days of our e-mail confirming the issue of the replacement item. Provided you return this item to us within the 30 days, you will have nothing more to pay. If you do not return the original item to us by the end of the 30 day period, we reserve the right to charge an amount equal to the price of your original order to the payment card you used for the order.
